– Please bring your mat and a warm hoodie, sweatshirt,  or small blanket.

– Bring water.

– Be respectful and please turn off cell phones.

– Shoes off at the door.

– No socks.

Etiquette

Please make note of the start time for each class.  We try to start on time.  If you happen to be running late, please drive safely, and it is appreciated that you set your mat up quietly (removing shoes and turning off phones).

It is recommended that you TUNE-IN on your own before you jump into the asanas (postures).  “Tuning In” is mentally chanting the words “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” three times to center and focus yourself.  Also, gently ease yourself into the posture that the class is in.  If your body feels that you must do a couple stretches before joining the rest of the class, please do so.
